I oto kolejna porcja prac dotąd tajnych ;-) Jestem przeogromnie szczęśliwa, i to podwójnie: nie dość, że oto na półki The Scrapbook Diaries trafił mój kolejny zestaw, to jeszcze jest to pierwszy zestaw kartkowy w ofercie!
And here comes another reveal of the secret-so-far project :-) I'm just uber happy on two things: not only my next kit has just hit The Scrapbook Diaries store, but also it's the first official card kit in the offer! Like, ever!
Jak zwykle, Janene perfekcyjnie dobrała materiały, które wystarczą do stworzenia trzech kartek w stylu shabby chic (i jeszcze trochę zostanie na co najmniej jedną ;-)) - a że wszystkie w jakiś sposób dotyczą wyrażania uczucia, to nazwałam ten zestaw "Shabby Love". Do zestawu dołączone są moje instrukcje krok-po-kroku ze zdjęciami, które pozwolą wykonać:
As always, Janene perfectly selected the supplies enough to make three shabby chic style (and the left overs will fit for at least one more :-)) - and since all cards have some affection theme, I called the kit "Shabby Love". I also included step-by-step instructions with photos that allow you to re-create:
- kartkę ślubną, z piękną koronką i ozdobami jak lukrowane elementy tortu :-)
- a wedding card with beautiful guipure lace and embellies that look like sugar cake elements :-)
- kartkę dla przyjaciela, z warstwami jednego papieru i uroczym balonem:
- a card for a friend, with layers of one paper sheet and a cute balloon:
- kartkę miłosną - bez różu, za to z pięknymi gałązkami i wywijanym brzegiem:
- a love card - no pink, just beautiful blossom twigs and curled edge instead:
A to jeszcze nie koniec miłych dla mnie nowin - zajrzyjcie jutro :-)

Zawsze kiedy dostaję kolekcję tematyczną, kusi mnie, by użyć jej do czegoś zupełnie innego ;-) Tak samo było z najnowszą, świąteczną kolekcją od Maja Design, Home for the Holidays. Na szczęście tradycyjnie już MD na odwrocie papierów typowo tematycznych umieszcza wzory uniwersalne, więc łatwo było wybrać takie, by powstał...chłopięcy album dla maluszka :-)
Whenever I get a themed collection, I'm tempted to use it for something completely different ;-) It was the same with Maja Design's latest Christmas collection, Home for the Holidays. Luckily, it's a tradition with MD to place universal patterns on the back of themed papers, so I could easily pick papers perfect for...a baby boy album :-)
Bodziakową bazę ze Scrapińca okleiłam papierami, dodałam wycinanki z wykrojników i Lemonadowe stemple. Na frontowej karcie dodałam szelki, guziczki i kieszonkę ogrodniczek:
I covered the chipboard shaped base from Scrapiniec with papers and added die cut elements and stamps from Lemonade. On the front card I added straps, buttons and a sewn pocket to create the dungarees look on the front card:
Po drugiej stronie umieściłam tag na metryczkę maluszka:
I placed a baby info tag on the other side:
Ozdoby na drugiej karcie rozmieściłam tak, by nie były widoczne spod frontowej:
I arranged the embellishments on the second card so that they are not visible from under the first one:
Pozostałe karty nie są już widoczne od frontu, więc ozdabiałam tak, by zostawić jak najwięcej miejsca pod zdjęcia:
The rest of the cards are not visible from the front, so I only decorated them so as to leave as much space as possible for the photos:

Nareszcie mogę uchylić rąbka tajemnicy i pokazać pierwsze z prac wykonanych już jakiś czas temu :-) Oto ślubny zestaw dla Lemoncraft, naturalnie z najpiękniejszej kolekcji do tego się nadającej, czyli Dom Róż:
I can finally reveal at least some of the secret and share the first of the series of projects created some time ago :-) Here's a wedding set for Lemoncraft, of course made using the most beautiful collection for the occasion, House of Roses:
Na zestaw składa się księga gości i kartka ślubna w stylu vintage. Na motyw tła wybrałam moje ukochane deseczki :-) Na tym tle naniosłam wzór serwetki z szablonu i dopasowałam ramkę złoconą mgiełką:
The set consists of a guest book and a wedding card in the vintage style. For the background motif I chose my all-time favourite boards :-) I added a doily pattern from a stencil and a chipboard frame that I coloured with golden mist:
Dodałam ochronne nakładki na narożniki, piękne perełki i fałszywą klamrę z ćwieka ;-)
I added metal corner protectors, beautiful pearls and a fake clasp (using a brad) ;-)

...a na sprężynie przewiązałam gipiurową koronkę i ozdobny kluczyk:
...and on the wire I tied guipure ribbon and a decorative key charm:
Wewnątrz na okładkach umieściłam kieszonkę na płytę CD i tekturkowy napis, ale poza tym żadnych ozdób, papiery wystarczą :-)
On the inside covers I placed a CD pocket and a chipboard sentiment, but no other embellishments, the papers are enough ;-)
Aby kartka stanowiła komplet, powtórzyłam kompozycję, używając tych samych papierów i ozdób w mniejszym rozmiarze lub ich fragmenty:
To make the card match, I repeated the book's design using the same papers and embellishments, only in a smaller size or pieces of them:
Taki zestaw może stanowić oryginalny prezent ślubny - wystarczy w ramce księgi umieścić imiona Nowożeńców :-)

A set such as this one can make an original wedding gift - you'd only need to place the Newlyweds' names in the book frame :-)

Ostatnio pracowałam nad kilkoma projektami, w sumie powstało 12 prac, jednak wszystkie na razie tajne ;-) Ale mam coś w zanadrzu :-)
I've been busy lately with several projects, I created 12 things altogether, yet all of them are to be kept secret for now ;-) But I have something to share nevertheless :-)
Kartki okolicznościowe, na imieniny lub urodziny, z papierów Studio75 i rozmaitych dodatków, głównie po to, by zacząć wreszcie zużywać to, co mi się nagromadziło;-))
My cards are birthday or nameday ones, I made them using Studio75 papers and various embellishments, mainly to start using up my bulging stash ;-))
W obu kartkach dużą rolę odgrywają elementy papierowe - w tej niebieskiej tagi wyznaczyły układ kartki, a w bladoróżowej - kwiaty wycięte z arkusza dodatków uzupełniły kompozycję kwiatową.
In both cards paper elements play the leading role - in the blue one cut out tags determine the card's design, in the light pink one - cut out flowers complete the flower cluster.
I tak oto staram się wypełnić lukę pomiędzy sezonem ślubnym a Bożym Narodzeniem. Gdyby nie moje DT, świąteczne kartki pokazałabym tydzień przed Świętami, ale pewnie i tak będę ostatnią scrapperką w Polsce, gdy wreszcie pokażę mój tegoroczny dorobek świąteczny ;-)).
And this is how I try to fill the gap between the wedding season and Christmas. If it wasn't for my DTs, I would share my Christmas cards a week before the holidays, but I guess I'm still going to be the last scrapper on Poland to share my Christmas production ;-))
Na mój dzisiejszy post dla Lemonade przygotowałam chłopięcy layout z najnowszej kolekcji, "Watercolour my world". Wydaje się, że ta kolekcja, w przeciwieństwie do "This is a man's world" jest przeznaczona raczej do romantycznych, delikatnych kobiecych prac, postanowiłam więc spróbować, jak sprawdzi się w innych klimatach ;-)
For my today's post for Lemonade I created this boy layout using the latest collection, "Watercolour my world". It seems this collection, as opposed to the "This is a man's world" set, is rather meant for romantic, subtle feminine projects, and so I decided to try it out in a different climate ;-)
Postemplowałam, popsikałam złotą mgiełką, dodałam kwiaty i tekturki, ułożyłam tytuł z naklejek i nakleiłam wycięte "ozdoby" na zdjęciu - i tak powstał kolorowy, trochę zwariowany layout chłopięcy :-)
I stamped, sprayed with golden mist, added some flowers and chipboard elements, arranged the title using alpha stickers and added cut-out "embellies" directly on the photo - and so I made this colourful, cheerful boy page :-)

Dzisiaj prosta karteczka urodzinowa dla miłośniczki zielarstwa :-)
Today just a simple birthday card for a herbs amateur :-)
Kartka powstała według wytycznych zamawiającej, a do wykonania użyłam papierów z kolekcji Forest i That Special Time of Year od ScrapBerry's.
I made the card following the orderer's wishes, and I used papers from the Forest and That Special Time of Year collections by the ScrapBerry's.
Zioła wycięłam dziurkaczami i wykrojnikami, doniczki rysowałam sama ;-)
I die-cut and punched the herbs, and drew the pots myself ;-)
Bardzo lubię takie nietypowe kartki, które świadczą o tym, że nawet jeśli ktoś nie potrafi ich zrobić osobiście, to jednak stara się, by były wyjątkowe i przeznaczone konkretnie dla obdarowanej osoby - to cenniejsze niż najdroższy prezent!
I love making such unique cards that prove that even if the orderer can't make them themselves, they try to get something original and personalised, and that's more valuable than even the most expensive gift!
Na mój dzisiejszy post dla Maja Design przygotowałam delikatny zestaw, który można podarować romantycznej osóbce :-)
For my today's post for Maja Design I created a delicate set that can be presented to a romantic soul :-)
Zestaw, na który składa się notes i kartka, powstał z jednej ze starszych kolekcji, Life in the Country, w której znalazłam urocze drobne kwiatowe wzory. Połączyłam je z delikatnymi krateczkami, by uzyskać efekt staromodnego zapiśnika z babcinej szuflady :-)
I made the set, consisting of a notebook and matching card, using one of the plder collections, Life in the Country, in which I found charming tiny flowers patterns. I combined them with delicate plaids to achieve the effect of an old-fashioned notebook from grandma's drawer :-)
Do kartki do kompletu wykorzystałam te same papiery, co do notesu, a że niektórych wzorów pozostały tylko skrawki, wykorzystałam niezawodną technikę patwchorkowego tła :-)
For the matching card I used the same papers as for the notebook, and since I had only scraps of some of the patterns left, I used the infallible patchwork background technique :-)
