To już niedługo :-) Dlatego na mój dzisiejszy post dla Scrapki.pl przygotowałam dwie kartki z podziękowaniem z najnowszej Mintayowej kolekcji, Dear Diary:

Zmiana pracy, przeprowadzka, emigracja - a czasem nawet drobna zmiana powoduje rewolucję w życiu i w naturalny sposób budzi lęk i niepewność. Dzisiaj więc dla wszystkich doświadczajacych tego uczucia - kartka z inspirującym cytatem na "nową drogę" życia :-)
New work, moving out, emigrating - or even a small change brings about a life revolution and naturally evokes anxiety and insecutiry. And so today, for all of you who might experience such feelings - a card with an inspiring quotation for a "new way" of life :-)
Distressami namalowałam morze i brzeg plaży, a białym żelpenem dorysowałam morską pianę ;-) Na tak przygotowanym tle umieściłam tekturkowy cytat embossowany pudrem Blue Fern Studios:
Using Distress inks I painted the sea and beach and added some sea foam with white gel pen ;-) On that background I placed the chipboard quotation that I embossed with a Blue Fern Studios ep:
Dodałam kompozycję z ręcznie zrobionego kwiatka z foamiranu, kilku muszelek, rozgwiazdy i cekinów :-)
Then I added a cluster containing a handmade foamiran flower, some seashells, a starfish and some sequins :-)
I jeszcze kilka złotych kropelek i kruszonego szkła dla blasku z morskiego dna :-)
There are also some gold drops and some German glass for some sea bed shine :-)

Za oknami coraz bardziej jesiennie - kalendarzowa jesień też już nadeszła, dlatego na mój dzisiejszy post dla Maja Design przygotowałam romantyczny ślubny layout w jesiennym klimacie:
The weather outside is more and more autumn-like - as the calendar autumn has already set in, and so for my today's post for Maja Design I created this romantic wedding layout with an autumn theme:
Ułożyłam warstwowo postarzone papiery i dodałam wzór z maski pastą pękającą:
I layered distressed paper and added a pattern using a stencil and crackle paste:
Na tak przygotowanym tle ułożyłam serce z kwiatów z kilkoma ozdobami z masy plastycznej. Wokół zdjęcia umieściłam słowa dotyczące małżeńskiej więzi.
Upon this background I arranged a heart of flowers with a couple of resin embellies. Around the photo I placed some words describing the marital relationship.
Layout jest dość przestrzenny, idealny do ramki shadowbox:
The layotu turned out quite dimensional, perfect for a shadowbox frame:

Dzisiaj mam dla Was kartkę ślubną z przymrużeniem oka ;-)
Today I have a humorous wedding card to share ;-)
W związku z nazwiskiem Państwa Młodych powstała kartka w leśnej scenerii :-) Z kartonów w różnych odcieniach zieleni wycięłam trawę, rośliny i sosnowe gałęzie zwisające nad parą grzybków (Grzybków? ;-)), które namalowałam Distressami.
The humour comes from the fact that the couple's name means "mushroom" in Polish, so the card was supposed to represent forest life :-) I die cut the greens from pieces of cardstock of various shades of green, and arranged the scene around the pair of mushrooms that I hand-painted with Distress inks.
Na jednej z gałęzi zawiesiłam tabliczkę z nazwiskiem:
I hung the name plate on one of the branches:
Kartkę umieściłam w ozdobionym pudełku Latarni Morskiej:
I placed the card in the decorated box by Latarnia Morska:

I'm really curious what was the newlyweds' reaction :-) And how do you like it?
Choć sezon ślubny traci już na intensywności, to jesienne śluby również cieszą się popularnością. Dlatego na prace ślubne jest ciągłe zapotrzebowanie, w tym na exploding boxy, które pozwalają wręczyć prezent w gotówce w elegancki i oryginalny sposób. Na mój dzisiejszy post dla Maja Design przygotowałam więc kolejne pudełeczko z tortem:
Although the wedding season is slowing down now, autumn weddings are quite popular. Therefore the demand for wedding gifts is still high, including exploding boxes that allow to give a money gift in an elegant and original way. And so for my today's post for Maja Design I created another box with a wedding cake:
Kwiaty na wieczku powtarzają paletę kolorystyczną bukietów na papierze ścianek bocznych:
The flowers on top repeat the colour palette of the flower bouquets from the box sides:
Wnętrze jak zwykle zawiera miejsce na banknoty oraz wpisanie życzeń:
The inside, as usually, contains the places for sliding in banknotes and for writing in wishes:
Na środku zaś uroczy torcik z tekturki ozdobiony wstążką i kwiatuszkami:
In the centre I placed this charming little chipboard cake decorated with ribbon and flowers:

Jak zużywam pozostałe elementy kitów od My Creative Scrapbook? Kartki robię ;-)
How do I use up the rest of the elements from the My Creative Scrapbook kits? I make cards ;-)
Chętnie użyłabym tych największych kwiatów z zestawów na layoutach, gdyby potem nie utrudniały tak bardzo przechowywania. I dlatego przeważnie - choć oczywiście nie zawsze - te "dużaki" wędrują na kartki. Takie jak na przykład ta ślubna:
I would be quite willing to use those magnificent large flowers in my layouts, if only they didn't make storing so much more difficult. And therefore usually - though of course not always - the "biggies" go to cards. Like this wedding one:
Mniejsze kwiatki też czasem zostają ;-)
Those smaller flowers sometimes also get left over ;-)

Zawartość kitów Limited Edition idealnie nadaje się do romantycznych, kwiatowych prac - więc oczywiście musiałam spróbować czegoś z przeciwnej strony ;-) Na tło naniosłam wzór złotą farbą i dodałam same papierowe ozdoby i tytuł z naklejek :-)
The Limited Edition kits are perfect for romantic flowery projects - so of course I had to try something completely opposite ;-) I added the stencil pattern with gold metallic paint and used only paper embellishments and the sticker letters title :-)
A jutro pokażę, jak zużyłam pozostałe kwiaty z kitu ;-)
Tomorrow I'll be sharing how I used all the flowers left from the kit ;-)

To moja wersja wintydżowego clean&simple ;-)) Tym razem wzór z maski naniosłam tuszem, dodałam kilka ozdób papierowych i kwiatów i już.
It's my version of the vintage clean&simple ;-)) This time I inked through the stencil to add pattern, then I placed some paper embellishments and flowers. Done.
Obrysowanie literek białym żelpenem bardzo poprawia ich widoczność, nawet na jasnym tle. Na zdjęciach oczywiście ledwo widoczne...
Outlining the letters with a white gelpen significantly helps their visibility, even against a light background. Of course you can barely see that in my photos...
