Today a little interlude in the explosive week as for my today's post for Craft4You I have created a sample for our newest challenge. The requirements are to use a bird motif and string in a creation of any style and form. And so, following these instructions, I made this card:
Moja ulubiona ostatnio paleta: brąz-ecru-turkus, i oczywiście dużo postarzeń:
I employed my favourite colour palette: brown -ecru-turqouise, and of course a lot of distressing:
Motyw ptaszkowy to u mnie wycięty i pokolorowany stempelek z zestawu Periwinkle Kaisercraft, którego użyłam już np. w tej kartce. Tym razem dopasowałam ptaszki do kolorystyki za pomocą tuszy, pisaków i białego żelepena. Gałązki uzupełniłam mini różyczkami Primy:
My bird motif is the coloured and cut-out stamp from the Periwinkle set by Kaisercraft, that I'd used before e.g. in this card. This time I adapted it to the colour scheme with inks, markers and white gel pen. Then I filled the branches with Prima mini roses:
Wreszcie drugi z wymaganych elementów - lniany sznurek pomiędzy literkami napisu. Trochę chlapnięć turkusową mgiełką, kawałeczki taśmy washi i stempel Tima Holtza i gotowe :-)
And finally the other required element - linen string tied among letters of the sentiment. Then some splashes ofturqouise mist, bits of washi tape and a stamp by Tim Holtz and the card was finished :-)
