...czyli kolejny layout ze słodką Kornelką, do której papiery Maja Design pasują wyjątkowo :-)
...i.e. another layout with cute Kornelka, whom Maja Design papers serve exceptionally well :-)
Layout powstał z kolekcji Summertime, z różami i czerwieniami świetnie podkreślającymi zdjęcie w czerwonej sukieneczce. Ponieważ ta kolekcja nie ma wersji Monochromes, musiałam "poświęcić" kwiatową stronę papieru na rzecz różowego tła ;-) Na nim poukładałam kawałki różnych wzorów papierów, w tym również paski sygnaturek papierów:
I made the layout using the Summertime collection, as its pinks and reds beautifully emphasise the red dress photo. As the collection doesn't have the Monochromes version, I had to "sacrifice" the flowery side of the paper to make the pink background ;-) Then I layered various patterns of papers, signature strips including:
W kompozycji kwiatowej znalazły się również tekturki Miszmaszowe, serduszko z masy, słomki i cekiny:
The flower cluster includes Miszmasz chippies, a clay heart, paper straws and sequins:
A całość ma miłą dla oka przestrzenność :-)
The layout is pleasantly dimensional too :-)

W kwietniowym wyzwaniu Lemonade używamy stempli :-) Przygotowałam dwie bliźniacze kartki, w których nie ma scrapowych papierów, a główną rolę grają stemple:
The April challenge at Lemonade is all about stamps :-) And so I created these twin cards without scrapbooking papers and focused on stamps:
Postawiłam na biel z niewielkim dodatkiem koloru, co pozwoliło wyeksponować stemple. Dla urozmaicenia białe tło wytłoczyłam maszynką z użyciem folderów. Jak zwykle, zrobiłam wersję dla dziewczynki:
I opted for white with just a touch of colour, which allowed me to showcase the stamps even better. I embossed the background with folders for more interest. As usually, I made a girl's version:

...and the one for the boy:
Stemple embossowałam złotym pudrem do detali, co koresponduje ze złotymi ramkami i ułatwiło też kolorowanie :-)
I heat-embossed the stamps with gold detail ep which corresponds to gold frames and also made the colouring easier :-)

Dziś znów temat komunijny, a to za sprawą postu dla Scrapków, na który przygotowałam te dwie kartki:
Today the First Communion theme again, thanks to my DT post for Scrapki, in which I shared theses two cards:
Kartki "wzięły się" od Miszmaszowych tekturek, które decydują o dziewczęcym lub chłopięcym charakterze kartek, które poza tym mają niemal identyczny wygląd. Jak widać, nie użyłam papierów tematycznych czy specjalnie eleganckich - to LOFT Marina, a więc kolekcja marynistyczna :-) A jednak moim zdaniem prezentują się całkiem nieźle - dzięki pięknym kwiatom, delikatnym wycinankom i odrobinie blasku:
The card originated from the Miszmasz chipboard Hosts that determine the girly or boyish character of the card that otherwise are almost identical. As you can see, I didn't use themed or even particularly elegant papers - it's LOFT Marina by UHK Gallery, a marine collection :-) And yet I think it looks really nice here - due to beautiful flowers, delicate filigree elements and a bit of glam:

The cards are the "faux envelopes" - only the front is decorated, but they open like regular cards:

Weekend był tak pięknie wiosenny, że żal było spędzać go przed komputerem :-) dlatego z małym poślizgiem - kartka na wiosenne wyzwanie w the ScrapBerry's:
The weekend was so springfully beautiful it would be a pity to spend it in front of the computer :-) so with a slight delay I'm sharing the card I made for the ScrapBerry's spring challenge:
Kartka powstała z pięknej kolekcji w stylu boho, Nature's Spirit - wykorzystałam chyba wszystkie motyle, jakie były do wycięcia :-) Dodałam też gipsowe serduszko, delikatny kwiat i cekiny:
I made the card using the beautiful collection in the boho style - Nature's Spirit - and I think I cut out all butterflies there were to cut out :-) I also added a gypsum heart, delicate flower and some sequins:

Druga z urodzinowych kartek przygotowanych dla Maja Design ma zupełnie inny klimat od tej, którą pokazałam wczoraj: tym razem kolekcja Sofiero i mała księżniczka :-)
Another birthday card I made for Maja Design is in a totally different style from the one I shared yesterday: this time it's the Sofiero collection and a little princess :-)
Na delikatnym tle w różyczki ułożyłam brokatową cyfrę z zawieszką, mini kwiatuszki i napis oraz motyw centralny - słodką dziewczynkę rozpakowującą urodzinowy prezent. Stempel kolorowany distressami, zdobiony brokatem i perełkami w płynie. Uwielbiam takie detale :-)
On the delicate roses background I arranged a glitter digit with metal charm, some mini flowers and the sentiment and the main motif - a cute little girl unwrapping her birthday gift. I coloured the stamp with distress inks and decorated with glitter and liquid pearls. I just love such tiny details :-)
A żeby nadać kartce bardziej atrakcyjną formę, dodałam na stopce imię jubilatki - i powstała kartka sztalugowa :-)
To give the card a more interesting form I added the little girl's name and here comes the easel card :-)

Today I have another music-themed birthday card to share - this time for a jazz fan :-)
Kartka powstała z kolekcji Vintage Romance od Maja Design, która nie ma żadnych motywów muzycznych - ale ma obrazki z przystojnymi panami ;-) A elementy muzyczne pojawiły się dzięki stemplom, taśmie washi, wykrojnikom i tekturce:
I made the card using the Vintage Romance collection by Maja Design that doesn't have any music motives - but it does have handsome guys images ;-) And I added some music elements using stamps, washi tape, dies and the chipboard piece:

Czy da się zrobić błyskawiczną kartkę w męskim stylu? Oczywiście, o ile spełnione są dwa warunki: ma się piękne męskie papiery, a adresat ma konkretne zainteresowania - wtedy z kartką nie ma żadnego problemu :-) Oto dowód:
Can you make a quick card in a masculine style? Of course, under two conditions: you have beautiful masculine papers and the addressee has some particular hobby - then a card is not a problem at all :-) Here's the proof:
Połączyłam kolekcję This Is A Men's World z nutowym arkuszem Vintage Basics i tak powstało tło dla tekturowej perkusji i metlicznych złotych gwiazdek:
I combined the This Is A Men's World collection with the music score sheet from Vintage Basics and made a background for the chipboard drums and golden metallic stars:
Na koniec napis mocowany ćwiekami-śrubkami - i gotowe!
And finally the sentiment attached with screw brads - and done!
OK, w moim przypadku pojęcie "szybka kartka" jest bardzo umowne, ale naprawdę to jedna z szybciej zrobionych przeze mnie kartek męskich :-)
